As a friends and family company who values our consumers, customer service is of upmost importance. ALE is a company whose commitment to quality work exceeds standards. Our goal is "zero defect" with inspections passing the first time and electrical components starting up upon completion.
Our Story
After many years of working for different electrical contractors Russell decided to start his own company. Asheville Local Electric was established in 2017. With little money and an old Nissan pickup truck, Russell worked on his own for a while before growing his company and hiring employees. Russell's comprehensive knowledge in the electrical field gives ALE the ability to work on any electrical project.
Meet the Team
Russell Murray
Owner
Russell is a native to the Asheville area with roots that go back over two centuries. A great work ethic was instilled in him at a young age as he helped his family farm tobacco and work in hay fields. Russell started as an apprentice in the late 1990's and by the 2010's he had worked his way up the ladder to a supervisory position for two of the largest electrical contractors in the nation.
Chandler Hancock
Superintendent
Chandler grew up in WNC where he went to Madison High School and played baseball. His great work ethic is evident through his job skills and dependability. Dedication and hard work makes Chandler a great addition to the ALE team.
